Avete già visto la sfida di Maggio di Some Odd Girl? Il tema è "qualsiasi cosa ma non una card" ed io ho preparato questo semplice e simpatico ricettario...

Ho unito e sovrapposto diverse immagini: baker mae with Grater digi Mr pepper and Mrs salt, Rolling PIn and Tea Pot. La copertina è realizzata con una stoffa Stamperia, e ho rilegato con la Bind It All...

I used different images, which I layered: baker mae with Grater digi Mr pepper and Mrs salt, Rolling PIn and Tea Pot. The cover is made with fabric, and I used the Bin it ll to bind....

oggi sono un pò di corsa in realtà... perchè mi devo preparare un pò di cosine per andare 3 giorni fuori... al mare!!! =)

ma prima di andare volevo mostrarvi l'altro quadernino alterato, usando il tessuto... come vi avevo annunciato già qualche giorno fa... Non è un qualsiasi quaderno, ma un ricettario, lo avevo preparato da regalare a Tiziana, un'amica, per il suo compleanno!

Today I do not have long time, actually, cause I should get ready to go out 3 days at the sea side... but before to go I want to show you another fabric covered book I made, as I told you some days ago... this is not a normal book, but it is a recipes book, I made it to give to a friend for her birthday some days ago...

...questa volta ho usato una mussola a quadretti bianca e rossa, che fa molto country kitchen secondo me! =) La carta è Tilda, ed il timbrino magnolia...

This time I used a squared Vichy red and white cotton fabric, which is perfect for a country kitchen! =) The paper is Tilda, and the stamp magnolia...

la base, o meglio l'interno, è un semilavorato di renkalik... mi piaceva molto, guardate che belline e rifinite le pagine interne?! Per chi è un pò pratica di cartonaggio sono deliziosi secondo me! =)

bene ragazze... ora vado a prepararmi per il mio lungo weekend di mare... buon fine settimana anche a voi, e grazie per la visita! =)

The inner side is a recipes book from renkalik... I love the pages, and the details... if you are a bit used to "cartonnage" they are really nice! =)

Come avete passato il weekend e la domenica? Io ho passato una bellissima giornata casalinga, con la mia sorellina a chiacchierare e preparare biscotti! =)

...Invece adesso vi mostro un ricettario che avevo fatto un bel pò di tempo fa... con questo progetto ho partecipato, e vinto, al concorso Protagoniste Della Creatività .... oggi finalmente è uscito un decente raggio di sole e ho fatto qualche fotina nuova.... e mi sono decisa!!! =) Si perchè ultimamente sto aggiornando poco il blog effettivamente... ma non perchè non sta facendo nulla, anzi!! E' che la mia giornata dovrebbe essere di 48 ore... anche se a detta di qualcuno il tempo non mi basterebbe neanche così!!! =)

How did you spend the weekned? I spent a loveluy sunday chatting and making cookies with my sister! =)

...today instead I show you a recipes book I made quite long time ago, which I used to enter the "Protagoniste Della Creatività" challenge, and which I won.... finally today I made some nice picture and have the time to upload it.... it is not that I am not creating, since I am not updating my blog as often as usual... but days are too short!!! I would like to have 48 hours a day, but Carlino says even then it wouldn't be enough for me!! =))

La struttura del ricettario l'ho realizzata con la tecnica del cartonaggio, usando del lino grezzo per rilegare la copertina, e per rifinire gli angoli,  poi ho montato un meccanismo ad anelli all'interno.... e ho stampato le pagine per scrivere le ricette....

I made the structure with some thick cardstock, and use some raw linen to rbind all the pieces, and to decorate the coners, the I applyed the ring mecanism inside....

Le carte sono Maja Design, ancora una volta... ultimamente sono un pò monotona.... lo avevate capito che adoro queste carte??? ;) Il timbro Magnolia è colorato con i distress ovviamente.... e il cucchiaio è un ciondolino stamperia....

The paper is Maja Design once again... I am getting repetitive I know... I love maja design paper, did you niticed that??? =)))) The magnolia stamp is colore with distress, and the spoon is a stamperia charm...

e il retro della copertina.... che ne dite??

to stay on the theme, before to go I want to show you a bit of my last sunday =)

Partendo da destra in senso orario: biscottini al cocco e cioccolato; cappellini e mezzelune ripieni di mela e cannella, e biscotti allo zenzero ...l'ultima infornata ci siamo un attimino distratte, ed è venuta più croccante del dovuto.... ma sono buoni lo stesso!! =) ...e poi ragazze che profumino di Natale che c'era a casa tutto il giorno.... =) Queste erano le prove generali, prossimamente inizieremo la produzione Natalizia vera e propria!!! =)

Un abbraccio e un grazie a tutte voi che passerete di qua, buona settimana e a presto!! =)

from right clockwise: coconuts cookies with chocolate, cookies filled with apple and cinnamon, and ginger cookies.... we distrcted a bit and let the last baking tin a bit too long, they came out a bit too crispy!!! =) but they are good!!! =) and what a nice Christmas smell we had in my home all the day long ladies!!! =)

The Pixie Cottage #62, Sparkle, the recipes book

Bonjour!!!!

dinuovo mercoledì.... mamma mia come vola il tempo!!!! è già passata una settimana!!!! =) ...ed eccoci nuovamente alle prese con una nuova sfida a the pixie cottage: uno sketch da seguire, come sempre, e un tema che mi piace un sacco: sparkle, ovvero glitter!!!! Io adoro i glitter, e le cosine scintillanti!! =))

Again wednesday... how fast runs time!!! A week already went, and here we are again with a new challenge at the pixie cottage! As usual you can follow the sketch, or the theme, which this week is sparkle!!! I love sparkling stuff!! =))

Io questa volta anzichè una card ho fatto un ricettario!! Non un semplice normale ricettario, ma uno di solo dolci! Infatti l'etichetta sulla copertina dice "ricette di dolci per tutti i giorni" =)

This time, instead of a card I made a recipes book!! Not a normal one, but a cake one, as the label says! =)

Da quando Michelle mi aveva spedito questo timbro, questa vetrina piena di dolcetti, non vedevo l'ora di usarlo!!! Ma siccome avevo già in mente questo ricettario ho dovuto aspettare di avere il tempo di farlo! =)) Non è perfetto per un ricettario di dolci? E la Tildina non sembra fatta apposta??? ...poi mi sono sbizzarrita con lo stickles su tutti i cupcake torte e dolcetti! Il timbro lo trovate ovviamente nello shop di Michelle!

Since Michelle sent it to me I was looking forward to use this lovely stamp of this desk full of cakes, but since I had this recipes book on my mind already I had to wait to have time to make it! =) Isn't it perfect for a cake recipes??? The little Tilda look very nice on it, and afterwards I had fun putting all the stickles on all the cupecakes, and sweets!! Of course you can find this very sweet stamp at Michelle's shop!

Nel dorso ho montato un meccanismo ad anelli, e i fogli li ho bucati, questo è l'interno... i fogli li ho stampati col computer, e ho organizzato una sorta di scheda per facilitare la trascrizione delle ricette... 

In the side I mounted the rings mechanism, and this is the inner side.... I printed the sheets with a kind of tab to make easyer the recipes writing...

E questo è quanto! La carta che ho usato è Maja Design, anche la carta era perfetta per il mio progetto, l'avevo da un sacco di tempo, ed era una di quelle che mi piacciono talmente tanto che non riuscivo a tagliare!! Ma per questo progetto era proprio perfetta, quindi ho preso coraggio e l'ho usata! ;)) Il dorso invece l'ho rivestito con del tessuto, del lino grezzo!

oggi vi mostro questo ricettario che ho preparato.... con questo lavoro partecipo al challenge di Timbroscrapmania, che questa settimana proponeva come tema qualsiasi cosa che non fosse una card.... io era da un pò che volevo lavorare questo ricettario Toga, e quindi ho colto l'occasione... che ve ne pare?

Today I show you this recipes box,I wanted to alter it since a while, and since the Timbroscrapmania challenge this week has "no card" as theme I thought it was perfect! What do you think about that?

...Le carte che ho usato sono magnolia e dcvw, collezione kitchen appunto... Poi i timbri magnolia facevano proprio al caso mio non vi pare?

I used some magnolia and DCVW papers, from the kitchen collection... and the magnolia stamps are really right for my project....

Come vi dicevo ho usato delle bamboline Magnolia, colorate con i distress...

As I told you I used soma magnolia stamps, coloured with distress...

Un dettaglio del top della scatolina, col titolo, e un piccolo bottoncino a forma di muffin, che fa venire l'acquolina in bocca! :)

A detail of te box top, with the title, and a little button with the muffin shape, that look so gurmant!:)

Infine questo è l'interno della scatola, con i divisori, e le diciture per dividere le varie ricette in categorie...

Finally this is the inner part, with the cardstock to divide the recipes, and the file tabs with the main course...

Questo è il retro della scatola, rifinito e decorato con la stessa carta che ho usato per il resto, e con il mio logo...
