Bye Bye Summer....

Buongiorno amiche, e buon lunedì...

come state? io sto bene, anche se questo weekend di brutto tempo pioggia e temporali mi ha messo addosso una certa malinconia... l'estate sta davvero finendo, lo si capisce dall'aria più fresca e frizzantina, dalle giornate che si accorciano e dal fatto che tutti i miei compleanni estivi sono andati... e giusto a proposito di compleanni ecco la card che avevo fatto per la mia dolce cognata Rita, anche se è passato un bel pò di tempo, meglio comunque tardi che mai! ;)

how are you all? I am fine eve if this weekend of bad weather and rain make me feeling a bit blue... summer is about ending and you can see it by the fresh air, the day which get shorter and shorter... and to kee the summer season still alive here is a very summer card I made for my lovely sister in law Rita! =)

 

è una easel card con un cassettino... perchè doveva contenere un piccolo pensiero speciale... infatti a parte il regalo vero e proprio, io le avevo preso una collana su etsy, una delle bellissime creazioni di luthopika, della quale si intravede la confezione.... fa delle cosine meravigliose, se volete date uno sguardo al suo shop su etsy....

it is an easel card, with a little drawer to contain a special gift for her, in fact a part from the real present I bought for her a lovely necklace on etsy, made by luthopica... if you want to have a look she make really lovely stuff... here her shop!

la Tilda è colorata con i copic, e come abbellimento ho usato alcune delle conchiglie e un occhietto di Santa Lucia trovati durante una giornata di mare assieme.... che ne dite vi piace??

Scatolina di caramelle alterata

Buongiorno, e buon inizio di settimana, come state? avete passato bene il weekend??

Io si, benissimo, mi sono goduta gli ultimi giorni di mare... e questa volta tempo davvero siano gli ultimi dell'anno, perchè nei prossimi weekend abbiamo impegani più montanari! ;)

ma veniamo a noi, quella che vi mostro oggi è una piccolissima scatolina di caramelle che ho alterato qualche tempo fa, e che ho usato come contenitore per un anellino che ho regalato ad una cara amica... purtroppo mi sono dimenticata di fotografare l'anellino, ma vabbè, almeno vi mostro la scatolina! ;)

But let's speak of scrap, today I want to show you a very simple little candies  box I alterated to contain a ring for a dear friend! I forgot to take a picture of the ring, but at least I show you the box!! ;)

La carta che ho usato e maja design, e il timbro una mini magnolina che adoro! =) Il sentiment invece fa parte di una clear set hero art.

The paper I used is maja design, the stamp a mini Magnolia which I love, and the sentiment is part of a clear set of hero art.

...avrei dovuto fotografarla con qualcosa vicino che rendesse bene le misure, perchè così sembra gigante... ma ho avuto poco tempo per fare la foto, e non ci ho pensato... ad ogni modo la scatolina è piccina, misura circa 5/6 cm di diametro!

...I wish I'd took a picture with something next to the box, to see the real size of it, but I forgot it, anyway the box is quite small about 5/6 cm of diameter!! =)

Come sempre ovviamente ho decorato anche il fondo! ;)

Non so da voi, ma qui c'è un caldo da morire, ci saranno almeno 40 gradi... non si può fare nulla tranne che stare sedute sotto il condizionatore acceso... e quindi ne approfitto per mostrarvi il mio ultimo lavoretto prima di tornare a lavoro...
ieri era il nostro 4° anniversario di nozze... siamo andati a cena fuori, ed ovviamente non potevo non fare un mini pensierino al mio amore... quindi ecco a voi:

yesterday it was our fourth wedding anniversary... we went out for dinner, and obviously I couldn't arrive without a little present for my hubby, so here is what I made:

Come vi ho detto l'altro giorno, qualche giorno fa avevo fatto un mini ordinino Lili of the Valley, per il timbro dei gemellini.... e vi sembra che potessi limitarmi a quello???? certo che no, visto che c'ero ne ho approfittato e ne ho preso qualcuno!1 ;) questo è uno di quelli... ma non è dolcissimo??? =)

As I told you some days ago I placed an order at Lili of the Valley, some days ago, for the twins stamp, and of course I couldn't stop at one, so I bought some.... and this is one of them: totally cute I think!!! =)

E qui vedete anche il contenuto... un braccialetto semplice semplice... come piace a Carlino, ma delizioso secondo me!!! =) non è graziosissimo?? =) Se dovete fare un pensierino, e volete regalare qualcosa di originale ed handmade vi consiglio di dare uno sguardo allo shop di Laura, che trovate qui, e al suo blog che invece trovate qui. Oltre ad essere gentilissima, è davvero bravissima, e crea delle cose meravigliose!! =)

...anche l'amore mio mi ha voluto fare un regalino... e sebbene io ieri pomeriggio sia rientrata isterica, e la prima cosa che ho fatto entrando, prima ancora di salutare è stato rimproverarlo perchè aveva chiuso un lembo della tenda del "ripostiglio" nella porta, ho trovato ad attendermi sul tavolo questa meraviglia!!! =))) Lo so, lo so, io sono una strega.... e lui è in lista per la beatificazione!!! =D Desideravo tantissimo di riavere un'orchidea, visto che l'altra è morta e sepolta!!! =))

...My Hubby also made me a lovely present, and eve if yesterday I was very hysterical, and came back home already complaining, and the first thing I made before say "hi" was complaining with him 'cause he closed a piece of curtain in the door, waiting for me on the table there was this wonderful white orchid... I know I am a witch, and he is waiting for the beatification!!! =D I really wanted to have again and orchid, since the one I had was died! =))

E infine la mia 25esima foto... ovviamente questa settimana l'evento clou è per l'appunto il nostro anniversario... quindi ecco a voi uno scatto di ieri sera, durante una passeggiatina dopo la nostra cenetta romantica: Io e l'amore del mio cuore, felici e innamorati come 4 anni fa... (anzi veramente come 13 anni fa... solo con qualche ruga in più!! ;D )

And finally my 25th picture... obviously the main event of the week was our wedding anniversary, so here is the picture, the 2 of us, after our romantic dinner during a short walk in the city: still in love as 4 years ago (actually as 13 years ago, when our story started... just with some more wrinkle! ;D )

Un'esplosione di auguri per Nico!! =)

Ciao amiche... come sapete qualche tempo fa Nicoletta ha compiuto gli anni, e come vuole la tradizione siamo uscite a festeggiare! =) Ogni anno, per ogni scrapper/compleanno, ci facciamo un bel regalino scrapposo, accompagnato dalle nostre super cards!!! =) Dal punto di vista "tecnico" gli "scrap-compleanni" sono quelli più impegnativi! =) ma anche quelli che danno più soddisfazione in certo senso, perchè puoi essere sicura che la destinataria apprezzerà e capirà il tuo lavoro... siete d'accordo??
ma lasciamo perdere questi discorsi filosofici e veniamo al dunque, ecco qua cosa ho preparato per la cara Nico!! =)

Hi friends... as you know some days ago was Nicoletta's  birthday, and as usual we went out for dinner! =) each year for each scrap-birthday we go out for dinner, and we make a scrap-present, and we prepare cards!! =) Seen form the "scrap point of vew" the scrap-birthday are more challenging, but at the same time they give so much satisfaction, cause you can be sure your friend will appreciate the card you made!! Am I crazy??? maye yes...
But let's talk of the card I made for Nico now! =)

Per l'amore mio...

Si lo so lo so, S. Valentino è passato.... ma non ero riuscita ancora a fare delle foto decenti delle cosine che avevo preparato... diciamo che la reflex ha remato contro... e con la compatta non riesco a fotografare decentemente nulla di più grande e articolato di una semplice card.... e quindi ecco a voi le foto solo oggi!!

 E' davvero semplicissimo questo album, ma come ben saprà chi mi segue da un pò io sono la donna dell'ultimo minuto, e quindi ho deciso di realizzare questa album il 13... metteteci che il solito fotografo da cui vado sempre, e che mi fa tutti i formati impossibili che gli chiedo avesse finito la carta, e che la pennina nella quale ho salvato le foto la prima volta si sia rotta... e che ho lavorato mattina e sera... insomma diciamo che in 2 ore ho fatto tutto l'album--- quindi vi prego siate clementi!!! =))) le foto come avrete capito sono del nostro matrimonio!!! =))))

It is really simple, but as people who follow me since a while knows, i am the women of the last minute, so I decide to make this album the 13, and the person who normally print my pictures was out of paper, and the usb pen I used was broken... and I had to work all the day long... that's mean that I made the album in 2 hours, so please be clement!!! =)) the picture as you can see are from our wedding day!! =)

seconda cosina: i cuchhiai di cioccolato confezionati con la stessa carta dell'album (che adoro) ...erano davvero divini ragazze, provateli se già non li conoscete... molto più veloci e pratici della classica cioccolata....

Second stuff: the chocolate spoon, wrapped with the same paper of the book... they were really delicious, you should try it, much faster and easier than the classic hot cocoa... =) 

Ed ultimissima cosina: le mie tazze.... anche queste all'ultimo ovviamente, ed ovviamente anche queste realizzate da me! ;) se no che gusto c'è?! Siccome era tardi e sono dovuta scappare a lavoro, le ho dovute lasciare in forno (i pennarelli che ho usato sono quelli per ceramica, che vanno cotti nel forno di casa)... ho sperato tutta la sera che all'more mio non  venisse in mente di fare papate al forno per cena... ;) mi è andata bene, ho trovato cozze ed aragostelle per cena!!!! =))))))

And the last thing: my cups!! another project of the last minute... of course totally hand made!! Since I was so late I hade to leave them in the oven (the pen I used was supposed to be fixed by baking it for a while), I was hoping so much my lovely hubby was not going to make baked potatoes... but I was luky: mussles and shrimp for dinner!! =)

Comunque ragazze, veniamo a noi, oggi una cosina speciale da mostrarvi... ve le ricordate le bellissime collane fatte da Manu, qualche tempo fa? Io si, me le ricordo bene, perchè me ne sono innamorata immediatamente, mi sono proprio rimaste nle cuore... quindi ho voluto provarci anche io! ;)

Scatolina e Cerchietto

Buongiorno.... e buon lunedì ragazze! Tutto bene? passato bene il weekend? Io si... anche se il weekend è sempre troppo breve! =) E il lunedì arranco sempre un pò... ma vabbè me ne devo fare una ragione!!! =)

...Qualche tempo fa la mia amica Nicoletta, mi aveva chiesto se le facevo un cerchietto per la sua bellissima bimba Alice, da abbinare ad un abitino blu e bianco... e come dirle di no?? E poi Alice è una bimba molto speciale, e sapendo quanto apprezza queste cosine è stato davvero un piacere farlo!!! =) ...ma ovviamente mica potevo arrivare così col cerchietto in mano... e quindi ecco a voi cosa ho organizzato! =)

...some time ago my friend Nicoletta asked me to make an hairband for her lovely daughter Alice... I was very happy to make it for Alice, she's so sweet.... But since I didn't like to hold it in hands, here you see what I made to contain it!!! =)

Le carte sono maja design, e un pò di craft e bazzil bianco

Ed infine il cerchietto... ho realizzato delle roselline di raso per guarnirlo, 2 blu ed una bianca, che ho impreziosito con delle perline al centro, ed un paio di volute di raso blu in tinta... che ne dite?? ... guardate un pò ma non è adorabile e bellissima la piccola Alice??? =)


And finally the hairband... I made 3 satin roses, 2 in blue and 1 in white, and used a pearl on each to make it a bit more precious... what do you think?? ...Have a look of the lovely beautiful Alice, isn't she so cute???? =)
