anche qui nella mia calda isola è arrivato il freddo... e come sempre il cambio è stato repentino: dal sup al cappotto in un battito di ciglia!!! e niente lo confermo ancora una volta: il freddo non mi piace, l'inverno non mi piace e le giornate che finiscono alle 17 non mi piacciono per niente... ma visto che l'inverno lo dobbiamo passare tanto vale cercare di immergersi nel mood Natalizio (che quest'anno zero proprio, ma vabhe ci stiamo lavorando!!!)

Che si dice dalle vostre parti? qui stiamo bene dai, non ci possiamo proprio lamentare, vista la situazione generale non possiamo davvero lamentarci... i bimbi vanno a scuola ancora, e ogni giorno che passa è un giorno di scuola in più conquistato... sento tante di voi in isolamento, tante coi bimbi a casa... c'è tanta tantissima preoccupazione nell'aria, e noi andiamo avanti alla giornata, facendo attenzione in tutto.... è un periodo così strano e surreale, che a volte sfugge davvero la gravità della situazione, io dal canto mio faccio ciò che posso e cerco di restare calma a elucida il più possibile che con tutta la preoccupazione dettata dal caso, resto comunque consapevole che non serve a niente e nessuno farsi prendere dal panico... e voi come lo state vivendo questo periodaccio???

How are you?? in which part of the world are you? here so much worries... some kids are at home from school... we are fine and we cannot complain, thanks god! My kids are still going to school, each day is a day more we have done at school and every day is an achievement!!!! I am trying to keep my mind clear, because even if I am so worried it is not helpful to panic, so just lets live day by day and see what happens, trying to be careful and quiet!

questa è l'altra card che ho fatto qualche tempo fa, per il compleanno della socia, conosciuta come Scundy =D!! Il timbro è AlexSyberiaDesign.... lo adoro semplicemente!!!! E ho colorato con le prismacolor! Il timbro averyally è embossato in bianco, molto semplice!!!

Christmas in coming

Buongiorno carissime amiche, vi immagino prese dalle ultime frenetiche corse Natalizie... il che mi fa sentire meno sola, si perchè voglio pensare di non essere l'unica che a 3 giorni da Natale ancora deve fare 2500 cose!!! In più stiamo passando da un virus all'altro e siamo stati male a turno tutti, il che mi ha impedito di fare gran parte delle cose che avevo in programma, perchè si sa se qualcuno sta male le mamme hanno il triplo di mole di lavoro!!!

I can imagine you running around with the last stuff that need to be done, which make me think less lonely, because I want to believe I am not the last one that 3 day before Christmas still need to do thousands stuff!!! Beside we are having so much gastrointestinal virus, and we have been all sick, and everybody know that when someone is sick moms has much more to do!!

ad ogni modo un lato positivo lo abbiamo, essendo stata molto a casa sono riuscita a fare qualcosina di creativo, tra cui questa semplice e dolce card che mi è stata commissionata! L'immagine è un dolcissimo timbro di mo manning, ma quanto è dolce questo elfo? colorato con le prismacolor su craft.... anche di questa ho fatto un video se riesco a montarlo in tempi utili ve lo mostro promesso...

anyway the positive side is that being a lot at home I had time to craft a bit as well, and I made this lovely card I have been asked for, how sweet is this Elf??? It is a MO's manning digi, and I colored it with prismacolor on craft paper! I also made a video tutorial if I manage to edit it soon I will show it to you!

here we are at the last week before Christmas, and before the kids holidays, that means the last week to make all the stuff need to be done, because when they will be at home I will not be able to make anything more...

oggi vi mostro dei legnetti colorati che ho preparato... li regalerò alle maestre dei bimbi... che ne dite? sono semplicissime ma mi sono divertita a colorare queste immagini, li avevo in mente dall'anno scorso, ma l'anno scorso non avevo fatto in tempo a farli alla fine!

today I show you some colored woods I made I will give them to the kids teachers, what do you think about? they are quite simple but nice, I enjoyed coloring and making them! I wanted to make them last year, but I actually did not have the time!

sono semplicissimi ma carini secondo me... e possono essere appesi all'albero! ho applicato un gancetto a vite ed un cordoncino.

procediamo a spizzichi e smorzichi in questi giorni, perchè anche se aono ancora a riposo (o almeno dovrei esserlo) ho mille cosa da fare e da sistemare... la macchina mi ha nuovamente abbandonato e ho avuto diversi imprevisti a Casa Istellas... ma pian pianino tutto va a posto e le cose si sistemano a poco a poco, ed io trovo il tempo di condividere con voi qualche pezzetto del mio mondo di colori e altre cose...

we proceed with spikes and damping in this hot summer because I had some troubles, and even if I am still supposed to rest for at least 2 weeks I have a lot of stuff to do, and my car broke again, and I had a several unforeseen with Casa Istellas, but slowly everything is going to be fixed and I can finally take the time to show you my last make for Make It Crafty

questa è la mia ultima card per Make it Crafty... avevo iniziato questa colorazione molto tempo fa e poi l'avevo abbandonata perchè non mi convinceva! L'ho ripresa in manp e finita qualche tempo fa! Ho colorato con gli zig, e ritccato poi con le prismacolor per rifinire alcuni dettagli e dare intensità ad altri. La chipboard è la layered word magical, e l'immagine è la dolcissima fata tulip, non è deliziosa???

I started to color this image ages ago, and then left it because I was not totally happy about her... then I took it back in my hands and finished it, I colored her with zig and refined it with prismacolors, to fix some detail and give more intensity to others...  the image is the super cute Fairy Tulip, and the chipboard is the  layered word magical, isn't her so sweet???

e direi che è tutto per oggi... vi auguro una bellissima giornata e vado a truccare i bimbi che da stamattina mi chiedono di essere truccato da spiderman e da winx... queste vacanze mi distruggono!! =D

non starò qui a tediarvi con buoni propositi e pipponi vari, che tanto i buoni propositi meglio farseli in silenzio tra se se e impegnarsi a fondo con se stessi piuttosto che sbandierarli in giro... ad ogni modo oggi i nanetti sono tornati finalmente a scuola, ed io mi sono un misto tra l'emozionato e lo spaesato... emozionato perchè avevo quasi scordato la magia del silenzio, di una casa pulita ed ordinata, di lavorare da sola senza interruzioni per più di 5 minuti filati... ma spaseata perchè comunque devo ammetterlo, le loro vocine e le risate di sottofondo mi mancano da morire!!! ad ogni modo siccome prima di presto saranno di nuovo qui, ne approfitto per mostrarvi al volo l'ulttima fatica targata Make It Crafty.

I'll avoid writing about goals and good proposition... today the kids went finally back to school, and I feel a mix between happy and disappointed... happy because I totally forgot the magic of a cleaned and silent home, of working in the silence without being interrupted each 5 minutes... but disappointed because I have to confess I miss so much their voices and laugh... anyway they will be back earlier then soon, so I take 5 minutes to show you my last make for Make It Crafty

ho stampato su craft, e colorato l'immagine con le prismacolor, ho fatto lo sfondo con gli oxide, ed ho timbrato i cristalli di neve con l'inchiostro bianco papertrey ink, che secondo me è il miglior bianco in assoluto... anche la chipboard l'ho colorata con lo stesso inchiostro bianco

I printed the image on craft paper, and colored it with prismacolor pencils, I made the background with oxide, and the snowflakes with papertrey white ink, which I think is the best white ink... I used it also to color the chipboard

Timbrate entrambe con il versamark ed embossato con polvere bianca, nella prima ho colorato con gli zig real brush... la scritta è una chipboard makeitcrafty...

la seconda invece l'ho colorata con le prismacolor... ma secondo voi quanto mi sono divertita a colorare???? era da tanto che non giocavo coi miei colori, e mi mancavano!

I colored the second instead with prismacolor... I had so much fun coloring them, it was a while I didn't play with my color medium... I was missing it a lot!

Christmas is coming

Come siete messe per Natale?? siete di quelle "passato Halloween via a pensare a Natale" o siete di quelle "che si svegliano alla vigilia e rimpiangono tutte le cose che avrebbero voluto fare e che non hanno fatto in tempo a fare"? Io decisamente della seconda categoria, nonostante questo post farebbe pensare i contrario... ma pensate un pò questa era un'idea ch avevo avuto l'anno scorso, e infatti avevo comprato i legnetti... ma poi non l'ho fatta, per cui mi sono messa farli solo adesso! =D
