libro firme un pò shabby

Buongiorno amiche!!
...e siamo a venerdì... che dire la settimana è volata tra impegni burocrazie e mille cose da fare, e non mi sembra vero che siamo di nuovo al weekend! =) ...per chiudere la settimana in bellezza ecco il mio ultimo libro firme...

...and we are at the weekend.... wow the week was so fast, and full of hing to do... cannot believe tomorrow is Saturday again!! =) ...to close the week I want to share you my recent guestbook! 

Sembra un album... ma è un libro firme! ;) non ha le veline tra una pagina e l'altra, e le pagine sono in cartoncino un po consistente in modo da permettere di scriverci, o anche applicare qualche foto... Gli sposini Lily of The valley sono colorati coi distress, e la copertina è in lino stampato a pois... il mio amato lino!! =)))

It looks like an album, but it is a book, in fact it doesn't have the tissue paper beteewn the pages, and the pages are made out of card-stock, to write or even apply some pictures... The stamp is lili of the valley, and it is colored with distress. The cover is made out of linen...

Era da un pò che lo avevo impostato ma solo qualche giorno fa ho avuto il tempo di finirlo... semplice semplice, ma non mi dispiace...

Ora vi saluto ragazze, devo fare le ultime corse del venerdì prima di dedicarmi al mio weekend di relax, ricci di mare, festa del corso speleo e tanto ma tanto ozio!!! Buon weekend a tutti!!!

It was a while I have started it, but only some days ago I had the time to finish it... very clean and simple, but is not bad...

Now I have to go... I have to do the last few things before I start my weekend made of relax, sea ​​urchins, the final caving course party, and a lot, but really a lot of leisure =)))

Che bello oggi è già Giovedì... e il finesettimana è sempre più vicino... =)))

ma intanto vi volevo mostrare questo libretto firme che ho realizzato qualche tempo fa... Le misure sono un tantino inusuali, 15x15, ma volevo cambiare!! =)

Wow I'm happy today is already thursday... and the weekend is arriving!! =))

But at the moment I'd like to show to you the wedding  guestbook I made some time ago... The size is a bit unusual, it is 15x15 cm! =)

I timbrini sono The Greeting farm, colorati con i distress, e la carta è my mind's eyse.

The stamps are TheGreeting farm, colored with distress, and the paper is My mind's eyes.

Sotto la rosellina ho appeso un cuoricino con scritto "handmade with love" e applicato i 2 spilloni con i cuoricini!

Under the little rose I applied a little silver heart charm with the sentence "handmade with love" and the 2 hearts pin!

Oggi ho da mostrarvi un lavoretto fatto di recente, un libro firme per un ricevimento per nozze d'oro! =)

Today I show you a project I made lately, for a 50th wedding anniversary: Golden wedding!

Il timbro è magnolia, la copertina avorio spruzzata di glimmer mist dorato, e la stoffa timbrata con un timbro florileges....

The stamp is magnolia, the cover is colored with glod glimmer mist, and the fabric is stamped with a florileges stamp....

Lo swirl è tagliato con la die magnolia, in cartoncino dorato.

The swirl is a magnolia die, made with gold card-stock.

 E infine l'interno dove ho applicato un journailing per ospitare un pensiero speciale, e il retro della copertina che trattato col glimmer come la copertina frontale! =)

Wedding guestbook

Come state?  Passato un buon weekend?? spero proprio di si...

Vi ricordate che vi avevo detto che mi erano state chieste alcune cosine per un matrimonio?? Bene, questo libro firme è uno di quei lavori! =) L'ho costruito e rilegato... ma andiamo con ordine! ;) I colori erano il bianco e il lilla.... come per la card del resto! ;)

How are you? Did you have a nice weekend? I hope yes...

Do you remember I told you I prepared some things for a wedding? Here is the guestbook I made! =) The color were white and lilla.

Qui lo vedete di profilo! =) La copertina l'ho fatta con del cartoncino grosso, da 1,5 mm che ho rivestito con del lino grezzo...

Here is the side! =) I made it with thick card-stock, and natural linen....

Qui si intravede bene il sistema che ho usato per rilegare le pagine... ogni pagina è mezzo foglio A4, ed ho usato una striscina viola per unire le pagine due a due... lo vedete anche meglio nella foto sotto...

here you can see how I built it, each page is half A4 page... I used a little light purple strip to connect each 2 pages... You can see it better below!

Nell'interno della prima pagina ho timbrato sono un journailing dove scrivere la data del matrimonio

Inside just a journailing to write the date of the big day

 Il timbro della copertina è lo stesso che avevo usato per la card... la coppietta di sposini magnolia... e poi il sentiment è un timbro Florileges, che ho timbrato 2 volte in due colori diversi e applicato la scritta centrale con il biadesivo spessorato!

the stamp is the same of the card, the lovely Magnolia Couple... the sentiment instead is florileges, I stamped twice and applied it with the 3D foam!

Le scritte che vedete sulla copertina sono fatte con un altro timbro florileges, timbrato direttamente sul lino.

The text you see in the cover is a florileges stamp, which I stamped directly on the linen.

Infine questo è il retro... semplice semplice, ma con un richiamo di carta al fronte della copertina... che ne dite??? vi piace?? Ai destinatari è piaciuto molto, e questo mi ha reso assai felice! =) 

Avevo già usato questa tecnica per un album, questo, ve lo ricordate??? Mi piace un sacco questa struttura... è stabile, ed elegante a tempo stesso! ;)

Finally this is the back, with some of the same paper of the cover what do you think?? Do you like it? The people it was far really love it, which made me really happy! =)

I already used This technique to bind this album, do you remember it?? I really love this structure, it is quite stable and smart at the same time! ;)

since a while I've got fixed with fabric and tissues... so I am doing a bit of fabric covered iournal... this is the first, and soon I'll show you the others as well! =)

Ho preso un bel quaderno stamperia, e ho rivestito la copertina con una bella mussolina di cotone a fiorellini...

I took a stamperia journal, covered it with this lovely violet flowers...

Poi ho alterato la copertina così ottenuta con della carta maja design, un timbrino magnolia, uno swirl sempre magnolia e qualche fiore...

Then I altered the cover with some Maja Design paper, a magnolia stamp, a magnolia die, and some flowers...

...come vi dicevo questo è il primo che ho fatto, e prossimamente vi mpostrerò anche gli altri!!! =) ormai un pò mi conoscete, e lo avete capito anche voi che vado a periodi... in questo momento ho la fissa della stoffa... perdonatemi se sono monotona!!!! =D

questi giorni sono presa da tantissime cose... cose da sistemare, preparare, finire riordinare e tenere a mente... e il tempo è pochissimo!!! NON VEDO L'ORA CHE FINISCA LUGLIO!!!!! =)
ma veniamo a noi, oggi voglio mostrarvi un piccolo libro firme che ho preparato qualche tempo fa...

these days I have so many things to do.. ti fix, to organize, and to prepare... and I AM SO MUCH LOOKING FORWARD TO THE END OF JULY!! =)
but let's talk of scrap, I want to show you a thoughts book I made for a wedding, a guest book! 

La copertina l'ho fatta con del cartine grosso rivestito di lino grezzo... cosa che ultimamente mi piace molto! ;) E ho usato la bind it all per rilegare il tutto...

I made the cover with thick card stock, covered with natural linen... a Technic I really like lately! =) and I bidden all with the bind it all...

Gli sposini sono quelli di Lili of the valley, dolcissimi... e per finire ho aggiunto qualche fiore e qualche rosellina... mentre le foglie sono una timbro ed una die paper tray ink!

The couple is a Lily of the valley stamp so sweet... and to finish some flowers and roses... the leave is a paper tray ink stamp and die!

Il Quaderno per Ornella

Ciao amiche...

come state?? Il freddo imperversa in questi giorni eh? freddo e neve dappertutto come testimoniano anche le tante foto delle mie "colleghe" del 52 week project.... e io continuo a starmene a casina, influenzata, e congestionata come non mi capitava da tanto tanto tempo!!!

...E allora visto, che sono qui e che non riesco a fare altro che starmene seduta sul divano, con la copertina di pile sulle gambe, ed un PC sulle gambe, perchè non approfittarne per mostrarvi un altro lavoretto??

..Questo quaderno mi è stato ordinato prima di natale, da un amico, per la sua dolce metà, nonchè la mia amica Ornella... vi confesso una cosa, quando sono gli uomini a ordinarmi le cosine mi riempie di orgoglio... un pò perchè solitamente loro non apprezzano quanto noi queste cose... e poi perchè ordinare per la propria amata una cosina così unica e personalizzata, fatta proprio apposta per lei la trovo una cosa molto romantica... e non tutti gli uomini arrivano a tanto!! =) ...forse dopo questa mia confessione mi riterrete ancora più strana di prima... ma pazienza ormai ve l'ho detto! ;)

torniamo a noi... ecco a voi il quaderno!!

How are you?? It's clod, isnt' it??? Cold and snow evrywhere, as all your pictures of the 52 week projects can attest!! =) And I am still at home, with my flu, and cold... so since I have to stay at home, sitting on my couch all the time, I thought to show you a new project I have been working at!!

This was a commitment of a friend, for her sweetie, and my friend Ornella... I have to confess that when man commit me something I am happy twice... first 'cause they normally don't appriciate craft things as we do, and second 'cause a man who order a very special personalized book just for her sweetie is very very romantic and exceptional! =) maybe now after that you think I am even more strange that what you used to think... but that is!! =)

Quaderno firme per matrimonio

Buongiorno gente!

Oggi vi mostro un lavoretto che ho fatto un pò di tempo fa.... 

Ma partiamo dall'inizio: qualche tempo fa mi ha scritto Antonella, che si stava per sposare, ed era alla ricerca di un quaderno firme particolare e carino, e mi chiedeva aiuto... ci siamo scambiate qualche mail, un pò di dettagli... le sue richieste erano che fosse avorio e verde mela, colore del matrimonio, e che si chiudesse con un bottoncino.... così ho messo in moto il cervellino... e questo è il risultato!!! =)

Today I show you a project I realized some time ago...
but let's start from the beginning: some time ago Antonella wrote me an e-mail asking me a guest book for her wedding, were people could write some thoughts and wishes... she wanted something special and nice, with a thouch of green, the main color of her wedding, and with a little button to close it!!! =)

La copertina l'ho fata con del cartoncino rigido, rivestito con questa carta avorio, con gli swirl più chiari.... Le altre carte invece le ho fatte io, una timbrata sempre in verde ed una embossata! =) Il bottoncino invece era di legno, l'ho colorato di avorio e sporcato di verde...

I made the cover with some cardstock, covered with this avory paper with the swirls... I made the other papers stamping it in green, and embossing! =) The button instead is made of wood and I painted it ivory, and distressed it with green...

Le farfalle e le foglie sono timbri e dyes paper trey ink, e il sentiment è Ippity! ...poi qualche perlina, e la foto che Antonella voleva mettere in copertina! =))

The butterfly and the leaves are paper tray ink stamps and dyes, and the sentiment is Ippity! ...some pearls, and the Picture Antonella wanted to be in the cover! =))

E questa è l'interno della copertina, anche qui Antonella voleva alcune foto... qui ho usato lo stesso timbro usato all'esterno, ma anzichè tagliare i rametti li ho timbrati direttamente sullo sfondo... poi ho posizionato alcune foglioline in 3D e qualche fiorellino punchato... e ovviamente anche qui il sentiment è Ippity!

And here is the inner side, Antonella wanted some pictures of them here as well.... I used the same stamp as the front, the leaves, but instead of cut them I satmped it directly on the paper, to make a background... than I put some of them with the 3D foam... and sentiment is again Ippity! =)

E il quaderno aperto... per rilegarlo ho usato la Bind It All... i dorsini interni li ho rifiniti con dela tela avorio... anche se dalla foto non si vede benissimo....

Here the all book opened... I made it with the BInd It All, andI made the dorset with some ivory cotton fabric, even if you cannot really see it from the picture... =(

Infine ecco il retro... semplicissimo, unico dettaglio il mio logo, che ho usato anche per rifinire l'attacco del cordino che chiude il tutto! =)
Che ne dite??? Antonella mi ha detto che le e è piaciuto un sacco, e ovviamente ne sono stata molto felice: anche perchè una sposina va sempre accontentata!! =))
