Per mio nipotino

Buongiorno amiche...

Come state?? Uff il Lunedì è proprio un giorno difficile... solitamente di lunedì mi trascino con scarse energie per tutto il giorno, e oggi non ho fatto eccezioni... ma mi sono trascinata sino ad ora, la giornata è finita... e mi sto finalmente rilassando sul divano, quindi ne posso approfittare per mostrarvi la card che avevo preparato per il compleanno del mio nipotino Tommaso, che a fine agosto ha compiuto 7 anni!

how are you?? Uff I hate monday, it is the day of the week I like like least... I usally drag myself all trough the day long without a lot of energy... and today it wasn't different as all the other monadays... but now the day is almost over, and I am relaxing on my couch... and I can show you the card I made for my nephew Tommaso, for his 7th birthday!

Tommy gioca a calcio, e il calcio è la sua passione.. quindi quando tempo fa avevo visto questo meraviglioso timbrini Lili of the valey non avevo potuto resistere!!!! =))))

Tommy paly football, and football is his passion, so when I saw this lovely stamp at Lili of the valley I felt in love, and had to buy it!!! =)))

Le carte che ho usato invece sono Bo Bunny, le adoro così allegre e colorate!!! =) E il timbro del sentiment è papertrey ink! =) Poi ho aggiunto giusto qualche bottone colorato e le immancabili cuciture!!! =)

come state? spero stiate tutte bene, e che vi stiate godendo gli ultimi strascichi di estate! =)

Oggi vi voglio mostrare un mini album che ho preparato qualche tempo fa, per un'amica carissima: Giovanna! Io e ci Gio ci conosciamo ormai da qualche anno, e abbiamo condiviso tante cose, tante gioie e momenti belli... Ci siamo conosciute a danza del ventre, passione che ci ha subito unite. E a suon di musica e a passo di danza la nostra amicizia non ha fatto che crescere e consolidarsi.... e questo albumino è una carrellata di ricordi ed emozioni condivise, che ho voluto regalarle per il suo compleanno! =)) Vi consiglio di mettervi comode, perchè le foto sono TANTEEEEEE!!!!! =)

Today I want to show you a little book I made for a Friend: Giovanna! I met her at belly dance class, a few years ago, and immediately got friends!! This little book is a tracking shot of memories and emotions we shared together!! I made it for her birthday! I suggest you to sit confortable 'cause I uploaded a lot of pictures!!! =)

Ovviamente non poteva mancare questa foto nel mio album, infatti quello che Gio stringe tra le mani è il mio bouquet! =) e si è sposata un anno dopo!!!! =)))) Marco, Il marito, continua a riptere che secondo lui ci eravamo messe d'accordo, ma vi garantisco che non è così... anche se mi ha fatto un sacco felice che lo abbia preso lei!!! =))

This was a very important picture for the book, 'cause the flowers Giovanna is holding here, is my bouquet! =) and she got merried a year later!!! =))))

E infine eccoci in versione sposine: io al suo matrimonio, con le altre amiche di danza, e lei al mio! =)

...e questo è tutto... è stato un bel lavorone, e devo confessarvi di averglielo dato un pò in ritardo rispetto al suo compleanno: un pò perchè ero effettivamente in ritardo, ma sopratutto perchè non riuscivo a staccarmene!! mi succede spesso con le mie creaturine!!! =) sono matta????! Ma il suo entusiasmo e la sua totale sorpresa quando lo ha ricevuto mi ha pienamente ripagata!!! =)))

and finally here we are in bride edition: my belly dance friends and me at Gio's wedding and Giovanna and me at my wedding, with the bouquet! =) 

..and that's all... I have to confess it has been quite long, and I was a bit late, I didn't give it to giovanna the deay of the birthday, in part because I was actually a bit late, but mostly  because I wasn't able to let it go... =) Am I mad??? It often happens I feel a bit sad to let my "creatures" go... =))) But her happiness and joy when she got it, fully repaid my efforts!!!! =)))9

Io ho usato questo timbro della rosa... questa è una card che ho fatto per accompagnare un lavoro che mi è stato chiesto e che ho spedito... Mi piace questa rosa la trovo davvero elegante, ed è bella colorata in qualsiasi colore! =) ovviamente la trovate da Michelle! =)

Buongiorno care amiche del web, che ormai da un pò mi seguite e mi sostenete.... e buongiorno anche a voi che non mi sostenete ma che mi leggete comunque!!! =)))
Oggi sono qua, con un post diverso dal solito: niente scrap!!! Diciamo un post.... ecologico!!!! Qualche tempo fa avevo letto un post simile a questo, molto molto interessante sul blog di Gemma, (che peraltro fa dei lavori meravigliosi, e vi consiglio di andare a fare una visitina al suo blog) e mi aveva assai incuriosito, quindi avevo cercato le fonti, e avevo pensato di aderire anche io a questa iniziativa... ma poi tra le mille cose delle corse quotidiane mi era passato di mente... qualche giorno fa p però mi è arrivata una mail che mi invitava a partecipare... e quindi eccomi qua!!! =)
ma veniamo al dunque, si tratta di un'iniziativa davvero interessante: promuove la messa a dimora di un albero per ogni blog che aderisce!!! Per ulteriori chiarimenti, e per leggere tutte le info del progetto potete consultare questo link. Lo scopo di questa iniziativa è "bruciare" l'anidride carbonica prodotta da un blog, con l'ossigeno prodotto invece dall'albero... Vista la situazione attuale, l'inquinamento crescente e il mio amore per la natura mi sembrava una cosa carina e doverosa partecipare!!!!

today I'm here for a different post... nothing craft today, but with a very important ecological topic... some time ago I read a very interesting post similar to this on Gemma's blog, and I thought to join the initiative, but then time passed and I forgot it... but some time ago I've got an e-mail suggesting me to join it... and so here I am writing this very important post!! =)
Let's me explain better: it is a lovely initative, who take care of planting a tree for each blog who will join the fun! =) If you'd like to have more info, just check this link. With the situation we live in, and my love for nature I thought it was nice and due to enter it!! =)

"Lo scopo è di ridurre le emissioni di anidride carbonica. Ogni anno un blog produce almeno 3,6kg di CO2, mentre un solo albero può eliminarne 5Kg e vive in media 50 anni!

Un sito web produce una media di circa 0,02 g di CO2 per ogni visita, ipotizzando 15.000 pagine visitate al mese, questo si traduce in 3,6 kg di CO2 l’anno.
La Convenzione delle Nazioni Unite sui cambiamenti climatici (UNFCCC) ha stimato che un albero trasforma ogni anno in media circa 10kg di CO2 in ossigeno".

 quindi secondo questo calcolo un albero coprirà le emissioni di anidride carbonica del mio blog per 50 anni! =)) Un bel risultato no?! Certo solo una goccia infinitesimale nella lotta contro l'inquinamento, ma come si sa "un viaggio lungo mille chilometri comincia con un piccolo passo"! =)

Questa bellissima iniziativa ècompletamente gratuita, perchè viene finanziata da doveconviene.it, gli alberi verranno piantati a Göritz, in Germania...

Bene amiche per oggi è tutto... ci vediamo prestissimo, pechè vi voglio mostrare le meraviglie che mi sono state regalate dalle amichette scrapperine per il mio ...esimo compleanno! =))))

Tableau per un ricevimento

Ciao amiche...
mamma che caldo... non so da voi gente, ma qui si boccheggia, c'è una fastidiosa cappa appiccicosa ed umida, ed il cielo non proprio terso e limpido... ed io che sabato e domenica volevo andare al mare... beh speriamo che per il weeekend migliori..
vabbè ma veniamo al dunque... oggi vi mostro un tableau che ho realizzato per un ricevimento: un compleanno importante, cifra tonda... ma si sa non  si svela mai l'età di una signora... il tema erano i dolci perché la festeggiata a quanto pare è golosa.... e visto che si chiama Paola ecco  il titolo: "la pasticceria di Paola"! =) Come vedete dai foglietti i vari tavoli avevano tutti nomi di dolci.... che sono stati poi riportati ovviamente dai "cavalieri" sui tavoli stessi.... Il colore dominante doveva essere il lilla, espressamente richiesto...

wow how warm again... I don't know how is the weather at your place but here is a way too hot, and the air is sticky and wet... and ther is not eve the sun, so it is not possible to go t the beach... I hope it will get better for the weekend!! =)
anyway, let me show you thi tableau Ive made for a party... a birthday, a very important one actualy, 'cause it was a round number, but since it's not nice to tell a lady age, I will not tell you the years!! =)
Anyway the theme was cakes, and since the ceelebrated lady is called Paola, here the title "paola's pastry shop" =) As you can see all the tables were named with cakes names... and the main color was lilac, as I've been asked for! =)

Qui un dettaglio del pasticcino decorativo del tableau... le letterine sono di le letterine sono di legno, della stamperia, le ho colorate di lilla, e laccate con il glossy...

here a detail of the little cake I made to decorate the corner... the letters are stamperia, made of wood, and I painted them, and used glossy on it...

Ecco infine tutto l'insieme... tableau più cavalieri, e" biglietto" d'auguri della festeggiata... 

and finally here all together... the tableau and the references for the names on the tables, and the cupcake card for Paola...

qui vedete i cavalieri... li ho realizzati con la tecnica della pallina di polistirolo rivestita di nastrini... ma per dar loro il giusto peso, necessario a sostenere il cavetto d'acciaio e la mollettina che regge il cartoncino col nome del tavolo, ho utilizzato dei pirottini di carta per dolci come stampo e li ho riempiti di ceramica a freddo... una volta induriti li ho usati come base dei "muffin"! =)

here you can see the holder for names... I made them with a polystyrene ball, covered with ribbons... but to make the a bit more heavy, to really hold the stick with the pin for the paper with the name, I used some paper cups as mold, and made them with plaster, and used as the base of the "muffins"! =)

qui li vedete più da vicino.... ovviamente erano tutti diversi tra loro, ma legavano assieme benissimo! =)

Qui vedete tutti i cavalieri, ed il biglietto d'auguri, fatto nello stesso modo: un muffin di nastri, con una tag all'inetrno...

e la sua tag!! =) All'interno della quale ho lasciato posto alla figlia della festeggiata di scrivere i suoi auguri... e spero che lo spazio le sia bastato perchè non ha proprio il dono della sintesi... vero Giò?! ;)
