4th birthday

buongiorno bella gente bentrovate... che mi dite di bello?

Qui arranchiamo tra i colpi di coda dell'inverno e le prime belle giornate, la voglia di uscire e stare all'aperto si fa sentire... e pian piano scivolo verso i preparativi della festa delle stelline... e così ora che mancano 2 mesi tondi tondi ai 5 anni mi sembra il momento giusto di ostrarvi tutte le cosine che avevo preparato per la loro festa dei 4 anni (per la serie meglio tardi che mai!!!!)

here days are getting longer finally, spring is slowly showing up around the corner, and we feel like staying outside and play... and I am starting to think to the 5th birthday.... so now it is arriving the fifth party, I guess is the right moment to show you what I made last year... 

ma partiamo dall'inizio, dal tema della festa, e dagli inviti che ho realizzato.... il tema era "trilly e Capitan Uncino" mi ero tanto impegnata per far scegliere all'ometto Peter Pan, ma niente lui voleva capitan Uncino... è così è stato!!!

let's start from the beginning, from the theme and the invitation I made... the theme was "capitain Hook, and TRilly" I tried my best to make Nicola choosing peter pan instead, but He preferred Capitain Hook... and that was!

  

questi erano gli inviti che ho realizzato in stile pergamena, chiusi con lo spago e con una piuma colorata... li avevo lasciati a tutti i comagnetti ed Eli e Nico erano troppo felici di darli....

There were the invitations I made, closed as a parchment map, with a colored feather, and the natural string. Elisa and Nico were so happy to give them to the friends!

visto il tema diversificato e sopratutto vista la necessità di separare fisicamente onde evitare contaminazioni, il tavolo dediccato ad Eli da quello di nico abbiamo fatto un tavolo piratesco ed uno di fatine... partiamo da capitan Uncino... cosa mi dite del meraviglioso veliero realizzato dalla mitica Raffa??? non è fantastico?

AS we had 2 branches of the same theme, and since I have to make 2 different tables to avoid any risck of contamination for Elisa, I made a captain hook table, and a trilly one, and below the pics... have a look of the fantastic sailing ship Ragga made... isn't she amazing????

e poi il tavolo di trilli, la celiachinadi casa, nei toni del verde e lilla, ovviamente totalmente gluten free...

altra opera d'arte di Raffa... bellissimo mini veliero (non tanto mini in realtà) per contenere le bustine di caramelle che Elisa e Nicola hanno regalato ai compagnetti a scuola, e alla fine dell festa.

Another piece of art by Raffa is the little sailing ship on the table (not so little actually) to contain all the little treat I made to give at school and at the end of the party...

la mia fatina ed il mio piccolo pirata erano al settimo cielo, e cosa può rendere più felice una mamma del vedere felici i propri piccolini?

My little Trilly fairy, and my little captain hook were so happy... and what can make happier a mom than seeing her babies happy???

avevo fatto anche io anche la torta, totalmente gluten free anche quella, ma mi credete se vi dico che non ho foto decenti della torta?? neanche di noi 4 in realtà....

I also made the cake, obliviously gluten free, but I do not have nice pics of the cake, and actually not even of the 4 of us... next year I have to pay more attention of these details...

ed eccole le bustine di caramelle, avevo usato dei jelly beans, in quanto sono senza glutine, e ho decorato queste deliziose bustine di caramelle comprate al volo in aereoporto! =) non sono deliziose?

and here are the treats I made, decorating some jelly beans little bag (which are gluten free), I bought the bags in airport... aren't they so nice???

è stata davvero una bella festa, ed ora navighiamo a vista alla volta dei 5... curiose del tema???? a me piace un sacco... per cui se siete curiose stay tuned potrei svelare qualche piccola anteprima!!! ...e giuro sollennemente di non lasciar passare un altro anno prima di farvi vedere tutte le cosine che già stiamo preparando!!!!

Prima di lasciarvi devo rivolgere un grazie speciale, ma davvero speciale alla mia amica meravigliosa, zia magnifica e creativa coi fiocchi Raffaela, perchè senza di lei le nostre feste non sarebbero le stesse... GRAZIE AMICA!!!!!

it was a nice party, full of happy kids... and now we sail for  the 5 years party... are you curious of the theme??? stay tuned then, maybe I'll give you some sneak peak... I promise I'll not wait one year again to show you, anyway I like so much the theme they have chosen so I am so happy to work on it! =)

Christmas is coming

buongiorno bell gente, ben trovate! Come siete messe per Natale?? siete di quelle "passato Halloween via a pensare a Natale" o siete di quelle "che si svegliano alla vigilia e rimpiangono tutte le cose che avrebbero voluto fare e che non hanno fatto in tempo a fare"? Io decisamente della seconda categoria, nonostante questo post farebbe pensare i contrario... ma pensate un pò questa era un'idea ch avevo avuto l'anno scorso, e infatti avevo comprato i legnetti... ma poi non l'ho fatta, per cui mi sono messa farli solo adesso! =D 

Hey folk!! welcome here... how are you doing? are you ready for Christmas? are you a "after Halloween let's start thinking of Christmas" or you are more a kind of a person who "wake up the Christmas eve, crying about all the nice idea had and din't"?? I am definitely of the second group, even if this post could make you think the contrary... But this was actually one of the idea I had last time, and I didn't actually realize...

sono delle semplicissime decorazioni di Natale, da appendere molto semplici da fare in realtà ma direi che fanno un bell'effetto, no?

They are very simple decoration, actually even very easy to make, but they are nice to see...

non so bene se li appenderò all'albero o se li userò per accompagnare qualche regalino speciale... oppure potrei regalarli alle maestre... non so vedremo, intanto mi sono divertita a farli...

I actually didn't decide yet if I'll hang them on the Christmas tree, or if I will give them as tag of some spacial present... I could even give them to the teachers... I'll see anyway I enjoyed making them!

Ciao amiche creative e non che sempre venire a trovarmi!! ben trovate...

Come siete messe?? Ormai il Natale è davvero alle porte, e i preparativ si fanno intensi e frenetici, e le feste mi stanno per così dire col fiato sul collo, poi le stelline han ben pensato di ammalarsi proprio ora, ed io, io che non mi ammalo mai, ma che quando lo faccio lo faccio per bene, ho voluto seguirli... e così mi trovo a gestire un lazzaretto con poche forze e ancor meno energia, ma si sa il potere delle mamme è infinito... (sino a quando finisce!!!!)

How are you doing? what about your preparations for Christmas? I am so behind all the stuff... and the kids are sick... and me too!!!I never never get sick... but of course when I do I do it propperly, so I am really KO, nd I have to lead a kind of Hospital, with no energy at all... but you know, mom's strenghts are endless... (more or less...)

comunque sia la situazione da ospedale non mi ha impedito di creare (no mi ha solo rallentato...) e quindi ecco la mia ultima creazione targata Srappando, è il pensiero preparato per lo swap del notro meetin regionale... avevo pochissimo tempo quindi ho ripiegato su un progetto velocissimo ma d'effetto... vi basterà qualche avanzo di bazzi, e una pallina di plexyglass, e sotto trovate tutto quello che ho usato io

Anyway even if the hospital is quite busy I found the time to create something!! and here is what I made for the swap of the regional asi meeting, it is my last project for scrappando, where you can find all the stuff I used! You only need some bazzil and 2 plexyglass balls... in the bottom of this post you can find the link of all the suplies I used!

Ho tagliato le casette con la cameo, ma esistono varie die che possono fare a caso, poi per finire ho inserito le casette nelle palline con qualche zuccherino colorato ed il gioco è fatto!

I made the little houses with my cameo, but you can easily use different dies that could fit the project! I put the house in the ball with some dandies, and that's that!

Spero che le mie casette vi piacciano... e spero di avervi ispirato un pò! =)

Vi auguro una bellissima giornata, e corro a prendere il nano (almeno lui lunedì e rientrato a scuola) e poi mi aspetta un pomeriggio di aristogatti-coloriamo-biglietti-biscottti- mamma fame, mamma castello.... se sopravvivo vi aspetto nei prossimi giorni, grazie della visita....

Merry Christmas con Tiddly Inks

Buongiorno amiche mie, creative e non, che passate di qua... e così con oggi finisce la mia avventura in casa Tiddly Inks.... è stato bello e stimolante.... e mi mancherà questo appuntamento fisso.... anche se ve lo confesso mi manca un pò il creare solo e semplicemente per il gusto di farlo, senza vincoli ne scadenze! =)

Good morning creative and not creative friends who will pop here, today is my last day in the lovely Tiddly Inks family, here ends my adventure here, I'll missi it a lot, it has been lovely and challenging... and I am sure I'll miss all the lovely ladies, even if I also miss to create just for the pleasure to do it, without time and commitment 

Ma veniamo a noi, oggi parte la nuova sfida in casa Tiddly Inks, e il tema è ovviamente: Merry Christmas... è si perchè ormai ci siamo davvero.... ansia... ma vabbè, io domani parto, per 5 giorni di vacanza in montagna, e non vedo l'ora!!! me li godrò tutti sino all'ultimissimo secondo, e una volta rientrata so già che l'ansia pre-natalizia si impossesserà nuovamente di me! =D

But let's talk of the challenge, today start a new theme: merry Christmas.. yer we're almost there now... I am leaving for a 5 days vacation , but I am sure as soon as I'll be back I'll start again with the pre_Christmas stress! =D

Che ne dite? Un decoro semplice semplice, ma mi piaceva tanto l'idea della fetta di legno... mi chiamava da qualche giorno... e voi cosa preparerete di bello per questa facilissima e deliziosa sfida?

e bene... per oggi è tutto! vi auguro una buona giornata, io ora vado a preparare le valigie che domai l'aereo parte all'alba... e preparare le valigie  per 4 mi mette un po ansia, ma ce la faremo!!! Grazie mille della visita e a prestissimo!

Stelline incorniciate

Bentrovate amiche creative.... vi immagino prese da mille commissioni dell'ultima ora, perchè spero di non essere la sola che si riduce sempre all'ultimo minuto... però tra una corsa e l'altra voglio mostrarvi un lavoretto che ho fatto in questi giorni... è il regalo di Natale per mia suocera, ma tanto lei certamente non passerà di qua! ;) quindi cognate tenete la bocca chiusa grazie!!! =D

H firends... welcome... I imagine you running all around as I should do instead of sitting at my pc... because I hope not to be the only one leaving all the stuff to do at the last minute!

But I am taking a break, and want to show you a project I have been working at... actually is the Christmas gift for my hubby's mom, but since I am sure sh well not pass here, I can share it! =)

Buongiorno gente di internet... come state??

Ormai l'inverno è arrivato anche da noi, con le giornate sempre più corte e l'aria sempre più pungente... e la voglia di stare a casetta a creare!! =) ...e quindi anche io, con estremo ritardo inizio ad attrezzarmi per il Natale... un Natale che per me si preannuncia ricco di emozioni e meraviglioso! ;)

Finally Winter arrived here as well, with short day, and cold air, which make me feel like staying at home crafting, and since Christmas is arriving, even if late I am starting to get ready for it! a lovely Christmas very special for me...

di queste lanterne me ne sono innamorata l'anno scorso e ne avevo preso due o tre, ma poi ne avevo decorato solo una... erano tutte avorio, poi mi è venuta l'idea di laccarle di rosso con una bomboletta spray.... e devo dire che il risultato non è per nulla male...

I fell in love with this lanterns last year, when I bough 2 or 3... but actually I only decorated one, so now I am doing the other... they were ivory, but this year I had the idea of making them red, and the result is not bad actually...

La Tilda l'ho colorata con i distress... non li usavo da parecchio! ;) devo riprenderci la mano!!! ;))
